David Dixon SS’12: YES PLEASE!

David Dixon is of course known for his excellence in craftsmanship, his pieces are always constructed perfectly. But it is his innate understanding of how to make women look and feel more beautiful in clothes that really sets him apart.

The celebrated designer showcased his SS’12 collection to a very keen crowd full of high profile socialites planning next seasons’ party attire- these are the sort of dresses that get just the right amount of attention.

The collection was filled with ladylike cocktail dresses reminiscent of 60’s Dior mixed with a very sexy series of beautiful jersey ones. I loved the abundance of butter yellow and the black and white strapless with lace overlay-a total classic!
