Yes that’s correct… insects and architecture were the inspiration for the SS’12 VAWK collection according to adored designer Sunny Fong. We had the chance to chat with him backstage before last night’s show and heard first hand what his vision behind the collection was.
He combined iridescent sheer fabric, long pleated gowns and gold laser cut leather that had the crowd buzzing.
We loved that this season’s LGFW MVM (Most Valuable Model) Francis Coombe both opened and closed the show!
